i had free dinner yesterday at Taylors Lakeside Campus .
samantha which studies hospitality and tourism there had an assessment that required her to act as a manager and serve customer . she served appetizer , maincourse and dessert .
fine sugar filled the surface of the pan . samantha said that this was what the lecturer taught them so we can't blame her for adding so much sugar . its also the sauce for the dessert .
the dessert was creme caramel *that something look like a cake* and banana flambe *banana , caramel plus rum* . i LOVE caramel .
last but not least a cup of coffee / tea .
